Located in downtown Grover Beach, California, we at Studio 805 value you and your time and strive to create an amazing experience for everyone.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Please provide a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failing to do so may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost. Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

No-shows will be billed the full price of the booked service and will require a deposit for future appointments.

Important Information

If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled time, it will be considered a “no-show.” Depending on your stylist’s discretion, they may:

1. Try to complete the service in the remaining time.
2. Cancel the appointment, requiring rescheduling and a charge for the full service amount.

Late arrivals will be charged the full amount for the booked services, even if there isn't enough time to complete them.

Appointments made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are also subject to our cancellation policy.

Visitors

We adore children and pets, but we request that only the client receiving the service be present in the salon. This includes babies, toddlers, older children, teens, partners, friends, and pets. If the client is a minor, one parent or legal guardian can stay during the service if desired, though it is not mandatory. Minors must be well-behaved and able to sit still during their appointment. Please plan accordingly.

Our salon environment involves sharp tools, hot equipment, long cords, and chemicals. Additional guests can create safety hazards and disrupt services.

Cell Phone Usage

To maintain a pleasant atmosphere for everyone, please use headphones for videos and limit phone calls or FaceTimes to emergencies only.

Final Note

If you need an adjustment to your service, please contact us within seven (7) days of your original appointment. Any adjustment requests made after this period will be treated as a new service and charged accordingly.
